In fact, cross-national investment and trade has already become a trend in the twenty-first century. To meet the needs of the booming international businesses as well as to set up the foundation of international business management in the future, fostering such management talents has at present become the focus of both the public and private sectors in every nation of the world.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0    \u00a0The curriculum of Department of International Business (thereafter called DIB) can be categorized into general curriculum and professional curriculum. The former places an emphasis on developing student character and interpersonal communication skills, while the later is aimed at enhancing students\u2019 professional skills and fundamental abilities of doing further study.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"e9734-7 x-acc-item\"><button id=\"tab-e9734-7\" class=\"x-acc-header\" role=\"tab\" type=\"button\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"panel-e9734-7\" data-x-toggle=\"collapse\" data-x-toggleable=\"e9734-7\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-content\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-indicator\">&#x25b8;<\/span><span class=\"x-acc-header-text\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Curriculum Characteristics<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/button><div id=\"panel-e9734-7\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-hidden=\"true\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-e9734-7\" data-x-toggleable=\"e9734-7\" data-x-toggle-collapse=\"1\" class=\"x-collapsed\"><div class=\"x-acc-content\"><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Both the undergraduate and graduate programs mainly include foundations in economics and trade as well as business management. Therefore, in the undergraduate program, in addition to professional and theoretical courses such as \u201ctheory of international trade and money\u201d, \u201cmicroeconomics\u201d, \u201cmacroeconomics\u201d, \u201cbusiness management\u201d, \u201ccurrency and banking\u201d, in order to help students understand international business strategies and operations, DIB also offers related courses in \u201cinternational financial management\u201d, \u201cinternational marketing management\u201d, \u201cinternational investment decision-making\u201d, \u201cinternational business management\u201d, \u201cinternational trade practice\u201d, \u201cinternational trade English\u201d, \u201cinternational trade Japanese\u201d, \u201cEnglish business communication\u201d and \u201cseminar of special topics on economy and trade.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Furthermore, the graduate program is aimed at fostering mid- and high-level international business management talents who are equipped with abundant knowledge in academic theories and practical experiences; therefore, the curriculum design encompasses courses in theories, practice and research methods so as to strengthen students\u2019 fundamental knowledge and independent research abilities and eventually, to enhance the development potential and enhance the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in the global market. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--c-base)\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0 \u00a0 The EMBA program is also aimed at fostering mid- and high-level international business management talents. In addition to helping students understand the situations of industry, the program also emphasizes on broadening students\u2019 insight in cross-national business operations and management and strengthening students\u2019 planning abilities.
